Muriel JaneHURD'Cole' Passed away peacefully at Littleover care home on 22nd October 2018 aged 92 years. Wife of late Steve Hurd, Beloved mother of Jeremy, Sister of Ken, Olive and Marjorie. Grandmother of Emma Louise. Service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel) on Thursday 8th November at 3pm. No flowers please however donations in lieu for Cancer Research may be given at the service thank you. All enquiries to The Co-operative Funeralcare, 73 Normanton Road, Derby, DE1 2GH. Not my real auntie but that’s what we used to call her. Fond memories of her and husband Steve. I’d call round to their house on Uttoxeter Old Road after swimming at Queens Street always to be welcomed with sweets or some money to buy them! A lady with a sense of humour that will be missed.
